Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Lasting Impressions,we want every customer to be completely satisfied with our photographs. However, since photographs can be easily scanned and reprinted once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to the following situations:

  1. Shots of the wrong team member or team
  2. Defective prints (e.g. out of focus, incorrect color or density, imperfections within print, etc.)
  3. Errors by our staff in submitting orders (this does not include misspellings due to poor handwriting or lack of information given to us)

Refunds must be presented to us within 30 days of delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone once we have received and processed any returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.


Errors in submitting orders

We will always help you resolve any errors made by you in submitting an order to us. But you must call us immediately to notify us of the error and request cancellation or modification of your order. Just call us during normal business hours and we will work personally with you to resolve the situation. Your money will be refunded to you as long as you request a cancellation before your order has been processed.


Returned Check Policy

Payment by check is your express authorization that all returned checks and max allowable state fee (or $30) will be debited / drafted from your account.  To revoke / verify / dispute please call 1-800-460-0124.
